Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Generatech KEY website, software interface, and related materials (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC (“Generatech KEY”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Risk Disclosures and Privacy Policy referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Generatech KEY is a non-custodial software interface. It does not custody user funds, does not execute transactions without an explicit, signed user confirmation, and does not provide investment advice.

We do not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, custodian, or investment adviser, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service. Any AI-generated output — including Action Cards — is informational only.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the Service. The Service may not be available, or may be restricted, in certain jurisdictions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located. Where required, compliance checks (including KYC and AML procedures) may apply depending on jurisdiction and access tier.

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should consult qualified professionals before acting. See the Risk Disclosures for the material risks of digital assets and of the Service.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and signing devices. We never take custody of these and cannot recover or reverse transactions you sign.

You agree to provide accurate information where requested, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to rely on any AI output as a guarantee of any outcome.

You may not use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, insider trading, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (including the “Generatech KEY” name and key mark), is owned by Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service may reference, link to, or route through third-party venues, networks, protocols, and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or conduct.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms, and any execution risk on such venues is yours.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any informational output is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC, its affiliates, contractors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including without limitation lost profits or lost assets — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC and its affiliates, contractors, and contributors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by a new “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

The specific governing-law jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism will be finalised prior to public launch and reflected here.
