This Privacy Policy describes how Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC (“Generatech KEY”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the Generatech KEY website.

Generatech KEY is a non-custodial software interface. We do not custody funds and do not collect wallet private keys or seed phrases — these never leave your own device.

Waitlist email address: when you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about access.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request timestamps for security and operational purposes.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for it.

We use your waitlist email solely to communicate with you about Generatech KEY access, cohorts, and material updates. We do not sell personal data.

We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the website (for example, to mitigate abuse of the waitlist form).

Email: waitlist submissions are processed and delivered using Resend, an email service provider, acting as our processor.

Hosting: the website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, which processes technical request data on our behalf.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own terms and security commitments.

The website aims to keep tracking to a minimum. Where any strictly necessary cookies or privacy-respecting analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them and any choices available to you.

We retain waitlist email addresses for as long as needed to manage access interest, and remove them on request or when no longer needed.

Technical/log data is retained only for the limited period required for security and operational purposes by our providers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses.

To exercise any of these rights — including removal from the waitlist — contact us via the waitlist channel on the home page. You can also unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, it is handled subject to the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by law in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
