Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC (“Generatech KEY”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the Generatech KEY website.

Generatech KEY is a non-custodial software interface. We do not custody funds and do not collect wallet private keys or seed phrases — these never leave your own device.

Waitlist email address: when you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about access.

Studio and Digital Transformation enquiries: when you submit a brief through the Studio page or an audit request through the Digital Transformation page, we collect your name, email address, company or organization name if you give one, the budget range you select, and the free-text description of your project or process. Please do not include confidential material in a first message.

Generatech Books signups: when you register for the companion toolkit, request a free sample, ask to be notified when a book is released, or join the Generatech knowledge network, we collect your email address, your name if you give one, which of these you signed up for, and the page you signed up from.

Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and request timestamps for security and operational purposes.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for it. The website does not collect wallet private keys or seed phrases.

We use your waitlist email solely to communicate with you about Generatech KEY access, cohorts, and material updates. We do not sell personal data.

We use Studio and Digital Transformation enquiry data solely to assess and respond to your request, and to carry out any engagement that follows from it.

We use Generatech Books signup data only for what you signed up for: to send the toolkit or sample, to tell you when a book is released, or to send the knowledge-network newsletter. Each email lets you unsubscribe, and one signup does not enrol you in the others.

We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the website (for example, to mitigate abuse of the forms).

Email: waitlist, Studio, Digital Transformation and Generatech Books submissions are delivered by email using Resend, an email service provider acting as our processor, and are received in a Google-hosted mailbox.

Email marketing / CRM: Generatech Books signups may also be passed to an email-marketing or CRM service that we use to send the emails you signed up for. If we connect one, it will be named here.

Hosting: the website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, which processes technical request data on our behalf.

Analytics: the website uses Vercel Analytics — see the next section.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own terms and security commitments.

The website uses Vercel Analytics to record aggregate page views and a small number of interaction events — for example, that a social channel link or the Studio call-to-action was clicked. These events record what was clicked, not who clicked it.

Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and without tracking visitors across other websites, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools.

Visit source: if you arrive through a link carrying campaign parameters (for example from one of our social posts), or click one of our social channels on the site, your browser keeps that in session storage — not a cookie — until the tab is closed. If you then submit a form, a one-line summary (such as “utm telegram / social / generatech-books”) is sent with it so we can tell which channels bring enquiries. Nothing is stored if there is no such signal.

If we introduce any further cookies or analytics, this policy will be updated to describe them and the choices available to you.

We retain waitlist email addresses for as long as needed to manage access interest, and remove them on request or when no longer needed.

We retain Generatech Books signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

We retain Studio and Digital Transformation enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required for our records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are removed on request.

Technical/log data is retained only for the limited period required for security and operational purposes by our providers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses.

To exercise any of these rights — including removal from the waitlist or deletion of a Studio or Digital Transformation enquiry — email generatechkeyecosystem@gmail.com. You do not need to submit a new form to have your data removed.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, it is handled subject to the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by law in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
