Digital assets — including the MDC, GEO, and RCW tokens described elsewhere on this website — are highly speculative and volatile instruments. Their price may decline rapidly and without warning, including to zero.

There is no central body that insures or guarantees the value of these assets, in contrast to traditional bank deposits or brokerage accounts. Past performance does not predict future results.

At the time of writing, the MDC, GEO, and RCW tokens do not have meaningful, established public liquidity. A single legacy MDC/TON pool exists on STON.fi, but its depth is negligible — on the order of a few dollars — and it does not constitute tradeable liquidity. GEO and RCW have no pools at all.

This means that, even if you can demonstrate a balance on-chain, you may be unable to sell, swap, or exchange these tokens at any meaningful price, and any trade against such shallow liquidity would incur extreme slippage. Funded liquidity plans, when operational, will be published on the Trust Center page.

Generatech KEY is at an early product stage. Phase 1 access is invitation-only and limited to a closed circle. Live API integrations, custody surfaces, and the AI Co-Pilot are under active development.

Token contracts, NFT contracts, on-chain bridges, and any third-party DeFi venues integrated by the platform carry risks including (but not limited to) bugs in code, oracle manipulation, governance attacks, MEV extraction, and economic exploits.

Even contracts that have been audited carry residual risk. At the time of writing, the MDC, GEO, and RCW contracts have not undergone a public third-party audit; audit status will be published on the Trust Center page as it is completed.

Generatech KEY is built around self-custodied accounts: the user retains control of their own private keys, seed phrases, and signing surface.

Loss, theft, phishing, malware infection, or compromised devices may result in irreversible loss of all assets in your wallet. Generatech KEY does not custody user funds and cannot reverse transactions you sign yourself.

The legal classification of digital assets — including utility tokens, governance tokens, loyalty tokens, and NFTs — is unsettled in many jurisdictions. Regulatory treatment may change in ways that materially affect their value, availability, or legality.

Generatech KEY is operated by Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC and may not be made available in jurisdictions where access is restricted or unauthorised. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Where required, compliance checks (including KYC and AML procedures) may apply based on jurisdiction and access tier.

The Founder's Key NFT on TON is a membership and access token. It is not sold, marketed, or offered as an investment.

Holding the NFT does not entitle the holder to financial returns, dividends, profit-sharing, or any other form of economic distribution. Secondary-market value, if any, is determined entirely by third-party demand and is outside Generatech KEY's control.

MDC GAME is in closed alpha. In-game rewards, eligible tokenized benefits, and game economy mechanics are subject to change.

Receipt of eligible tokenized benefits depends on product phase and jurisdiction. Participation in any play-to-earn mechanic involves no promise of monetary outcome.

Buying, holding, swapping, staking, lending, or otherwise transacting in digital assets may have tax consequences in your jurisdiction.
