Generatech Studio is the engineering practice of Generatech Global Technology Labs LLC. We take a product from a written idea to a running system in production — discovery, design, build, launch, and the operational scaffolding your team needs to own it afterwards.
Turnkey is meant literally: you receive a deployed system, its infrastructure, its documentation, and a handover — not a repository and good luck.

Full-stack engineering
Typed frontends on Next.js and React Server Components, services in Python and Go. Tests, CI, and a staging environment from the first increment.
Data & real-time infrastructure
Streaming ingestion, time-series and analytical stores, and the observability to run them. Systems that stay correct while numbers arrive continuously.
AI product engineering
LLM features built as products: retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and cost control — with a human confirmation step wherever an action has consequences.
How we work
Five phases.
Each one ends in something real.
No phase ends in a status update. Every one of them closes with an artefact you can open, run, or sign.

Discovery
We interrogate the idea before writing code: users, constraints, failure modes, and the cheapest version that proves the thesis.

Design
Interface and system design in parallel. You approve a prototype you can click through, not a slide deck describing one.

Build
Two-week increments against a staging environment that exists from day one. Every increment ends in something you can open and use.

Launch
Production infrastructure, monitoring, alerting, and runbooks. Turnkey means your team receives a system it can operate without us in the room.

Discovery produces the estimate; the estimate holds for the scope it was written against. Changes are priced as changes, not absorbed silently.

A standing team on your roadmap, planning in two-week cycles with you in the review. Cancel at the end of any cycle.

You need judgement, not hands
Rates are quoted per engagement after discovery — we do not publish a price list for work we have not scoped.

The clearest thing we can show you is the platform this site is about — and it is honest to say where it stands. Generatech KEY is pre-launch: the system is designed in full and built in part, not a delivered production case study.
What that demonstrates is the design work — a four-layer architecture with an explicit confirmation gate between analysis and action, and this site itself, which is live, measured and in production. If you need a finished third-party production reference, ask us in the brief and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot show.
